About me

I am a freelance video producer, bike-fit manager, and bike-industry expert based in Northern California.

I’ve had a super-diverse career so far. I’ve managed a bike and ski shop from payroll to procurement, raced at the pro continental level, and managed a global nonprofit foundation; I’ve seen every side of the bike industry and more.

I spent six years at Mike’s Bikes—America’s best and biggest local bike shop—working my way from their tech department to their marketing team. I’ve produced dozens of videos for Mikes Bike’s and beyond, including Oakland-based advertising agency H+L. (Check out my favorite projects here.)

I also spearheaded the Mike’s Bikes fit program, developing curriculum, training fitters, and managing personnel while continuing my own fit practice. I’m happy to consult for businesses on any step of the bike-fit pipeline. Reach out below.

The most fulfilling part of my work at Mike’s—second only to the creative satisfaction of producing a great video project—was managing the Africa Foundation. During my tenure, we sent 15 shipping containers to our partner bike shops, jump-starting local businesses across the continent.

I raced professionally across the world for three years, and continue to race domestically at a semi-professional level. (As much as time, fitness, and life allow.) I’ve worked as a USAC licensed coach since 2019, and I’ve helped dozens of athletes achieve their goals in cycling and beyond in the years since. Interested in coaching? Reach out!
